Real Estate Asset Management Executive, Global Investment Fund, Doha, Qatar

About our client

We are collaborating with a global investment fund based in Qatar. They are looking for someone to join their real estate department within the post-acquisition investment management team. The role's primary objective is managing existing real estate investments, with a keen focus on local subsidiaries and international investments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive real estate investment management and/or execution experience. What the job involves

• Contribute to the real estate investment strategy, including analysis of historic and forecast returns
• Review and prepare asset-specific business plans detailing key performance indicators
• Monitor and report on underlying asset/investment performance
• Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc performance reports for management
• Liaise with local asset/property managers and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
• Review valuation models and coordinate with valuation advisers
• Stay updated on market trends and conduct ongoing market research

Who we are looking for

• Significant real estate experience, including experience in real estate investment management and execution
• Experience in a leading real estate investment fund or real estate investment company preferred. Experience in investment banks or real estate advisory firms are also considered
• MENA regional experience is highly advantageous
• High-quality education from a leading university (Bachelor's degree at a minimum)
• Relevant professional financial qualification (CFA, RICS, Chartered Accountant)
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, communication and presentation skills
