SVP – Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer strategic direction and manage the implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and processes.
• Perform risk analyses and make sure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Create and manage reporting and risk frameworks.
• Keep up with market trends and emerging risks to proactively spot potential dangers.
• Encourage team collaboration and strong performance.
• Establish and maintain strong connections with internal stakeholders and governing bodies.

Experience:

• Extensive experience of market, credit, operational, and liquidity risks.
• Experience in implementing effective risk management strategies and frameworks.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
