Follow all relevant PR and Communication policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the PR and Communication to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
Develops effective communications on the objectives, progress, and results of transformation projects to top management, the board, and employees at large and, where appropriate externally to ensure that projects are optimally positioned and maximum buy in and acceptance of the outcomes and recommendations.
Plans and agrees the objectives, activities, and budgets for each project to meet business plan requirements, ensuring effective co-ordination of relevant business areas.
Shares issues, knowledge and expertise with colleagues and managers ensuring they receive the information they need to perform effectively.
Manages the implementation of each project or campaign, agree work allocation, monitor progress and ensure that agreed project targets are met.
Complies with communication and information sharing/handling policy to ensure confidentiality of information and complies with all relevant risk and information security procedures to ensure operating within the acceptable risk levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR or Business Administration or any related field.
