Associate Investment Director - Real Estate

Responsibiltiies will include: 

• Play a key role in the direction and execution of the organisations investment strategy and be intimately involved in the debt and equity capital markets. 
• Overseeing the production of investment proposals and preparation of investment recommendations to board of directors or relevant parties
• Develop and Implement the roadmap for investment, business development and capital markets 
• Working with the Executive Director to lead the transacation process, negotiations, proposals and execution of transactions 
• Representing the company in various forums such as meetings, tradeshows, conventions, conferences and also building and maintaining strong relationships with market participants 
• Managing and developing junior staff 

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics from a top tier University
• MBA or CFA preferred 
• 12+ years of Real Estate Investment Experience 
• Middle East experience preferred 

Salary range: USD 190,000 to 215,000 per year.
