Executive Assistant - Executive Office
Job Description

The role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support for company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. They keep the executive's communications organized so that they can easily access the most important information without having to sort through low-priority items. He/she screens all visitors and determine what level of support they need while offering polite, professional customer service. His/her also involve supervising and training other office staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, and keeping comprehensive and accurate records
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
  • Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matter
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders crucial to the organization's success
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions and communications.
  • Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security (EIS) policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution

Years & Nature of Experience
  • Will be a fresh graduate to 3 years of experience in the same or a similar domain
  • If with experience, would have been accountable for completion of assigned tasks and project work and has developed a level of competence to carry out work independently
