A newly established but rapidly-growing Financial Institution with a distinguished reputation in the market, is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to build out a marketing strategy and cultivate a team from the bottom up. This is a highly exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional with a proven track record to establish their own marketing function.

What they are looking for:

  • An Arabic speaker with at least 7 years of experience in a marketing function of a consumer facing entity (a company which has a product aimed at mass consumers)
  • Very strong expertise in digital marketing and digital channels with a focus on analytical based marketing
  • Proficient understanding of Google Analytics, Web Analytics, Google Search Console and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Proven track-record of delivering SEO improvements that deliver customer value & tangible results Interest in next-gen digital marketing
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure data and analytics is culturally embedded in decision making
  • Team management experience and growing your team within 12 months
  • Prior experience in a digital company is preferred
  • And finally, a drive and commitment to develop this new function- whilst also accepting you’ll need to get hands dirty to deliver
