Position Overview:
The firm are seeking a Quantitative Researcher to join their team. Those with experience in International ETFs would be preferred. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge trading strategies and models within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and test quantitative trading models and strategies.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trading opportunities and market inefficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with traders, developers, and other researchers to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- Continuously monitor and refine models to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Contribute to the development of proprietary tools and infrastructure to support research and trading activities.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Finance.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
- Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling techniques.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and market microstructure.
- Previous experience in proprietary trading, market making, or a related field is required.
- Experience in International ETFs would be preferred.
- Experience in trading Middle East markets would be a strong plus but not required.
