ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is hiring for the position of IT Support in the banking industry. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, support, and advice to end-users for various hardware and software issues. You will work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, install and maintain computer systems and software, and ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.

Position Summary/Objective:
  • IT Support Specialist will be responsible for Email, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) support along with installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all IT support issues. He/She will have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies.

Duties/Core Responsibilities:
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Email account configuration & support.
  • Microsoft ERP Administration & Support
  • Assisting with network administration tasks.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Replace parts as required.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications.
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  • Priorities and manage many open cases at one time.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Troubleshooting systems and applications: Running diagnostics on malfunctioning hardware or software and finding solutions for any issue and implementing it.
  • Providing assistance to company staff or clients with technology-related issues: Understanding the issue and its cause, solving the problem, and explaining the problem to the staff member or client.
  • Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
  • Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
  • Document and Maintain IT Inventory.
  • Review and Resolve IT Helpdesk Requests.
  • Prioritize and Escalate Issues as Necessary.
  • Update daily operations in the worksheets in IT service desk.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
