About our client

We are working with a large investment platform which is looking for an experienced private equity / venture capital tech / TMT investor. What the job involves

• Leading the origination and execution of investments in sectors related to technology, entertainment, content and in adjacent / similar market sectors
• Investments are likely to be a wide range of sizes, from early stage venture capital to large-scale private equity investments
• Investments are likely to include joint venture investments
• Leading the due diligence process and overseeing the financial analysis and valuation process for new investments
• Devising investment strategies
• Writing investment memoranda and presenting to the investment committee
• Managing and monitoring the portfolio of investments alongside other team members and stakeholders
• Engaging internally and externally with all relevant stakeholders
• Providing leadership to the team and growing the team when required

Who we are looking for

• Experience of leading all aspects of tech investing, ideally gained in both private equity and venture capital / growth equity
• Experience of leading and growing teams
• Experience of creating and refining investment strategies
• Degree from a top-tier university in economics, finance, engineering, business management or similar
• Willingness to be based full-time in Riyadh is a must
