The incumbent will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, develop legal policies and risk management processes, and deliver training to internal stakeholders. Responsibilities also include monitoring regulatory developments, advising on compliance matters, and identifying emerging legal risks impacting the business.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of legal counsel experience within financial services or a related sector, with exposure to M&A, technology contracts, and general commercial law. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
