Business Assistant

Job Description:

  • Maintenance calls/emails to clients to inform them of conference calls, marketing lunches and conferences
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, including communication in all mediums to get events organized
  • Coordinate Conference Registering by organizing client invitations, responses and schedules
  • Organizing extensive travel, including flights, itineraries, hotel bookings, currency, etc.
  • Answer telephones promptly and consistently
  • Maintain client list, deal DL mail list and Research Link data
  • Onsite support for client's events / in-house client activities
  • Compile daily and weekly market and product updates from internally available content
  • Projects of different types upon request
  • Assist with client analytics
  • Execute other administrative tasks such as entering expense reports filing delegated by salespersons and traders
  • Run standardized reports, address ad hoc enquiries & analysis for ad hoc projects as well as securities distribution business initiatives
