Business Change Manager (NEHR)

Position Summary / Project Description

Business Change Manager for NEHR is responsible for

  • onsite engagement to onboard participating institutions and users;
  • onsite training and briefing on terms of use. This role covers both public and private sectors, and all care settings.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct on-site briefings to onboard institutions and users to the NEHR
  • Facilitate the approval process for NEHR onboarding
  • Conduct on-site NEHR training and briefing on NEHR's term of use
  • Ensure participating institutions have the capabilities to conduct NEHR training
  • Review training materials
  • Capture user feedback on NEHR and NEHR training, and convey them to project team with actionable suggestions
  • Keep abreast of NEHR development and enhancements

Requirements / Qualifications
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in large-scale system implementation. Experience in change management, training and/or healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skill needed to manage stakeholder effectively and positively
  • Good written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multitask and cope in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with energy and positivity
