General Description
COO team is responsible for driving the digital roadmap of Bank Of Singapore as well as other key transformational projects impacting front-office in partnership with the technology team.

We are looking for a business project manager who has experience with implementing a multi-channel digital offering for financial services organization preferably a private bank. This role has clear focus on client on-boarding.

Main Duties

  • Partner with Technology Project Manager and external vendors (as required) to jointly deliver the multiple streams of digital on-boarding within scope, timeline and budget by prioritizing and managing assigned project resources and work processes.
  • Engages cross-functional stakeholders and clients (as required) to ensure that Bank of Singapore digital offering meets the user needs (including User Experience) and supports the business objectives of strategic growth, revenue uplift, enhanced client experience, improved risk management and operational efficiency
  • Manages and communicates with key stakeholders on project status, key risks and issues.
  • Takes care of the non-technology aspects of the project with the support from the project team. These include gathering business requirements, business case finalization, and sign off on user acceptance testing, user change management/go-live activities (e.g. communications and training).
  • Ensures that project deliverables achieve synergy with business processes, which includes re-defining business process and driving the Target Operating Model design, where applicable (requires partnership with cross-functional teams)
  • Contributes to the definition of subsequent phases of client on-boarding.
Requirements
  • Extensive project management experience (minimum 7 years) which includes definition and implementation client on-boarding initiative for financial services organization preferably a private bank
  • Can work confidently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders of varying seniority
  • Experience in working with agile methodology
  • Can work independently, is pragmatic and enjoy high energy levels
  • Has ability to multi task and meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
