As part of our expansion, we are inviting dynamic and committed Compliance talent to join our team in Singapore as we embark for greater growth.


  • Keep abreast of developments in the local regulatory environment and monitor the bank’s compliance with the regulatory requirements (including AML/CFT), and perform gap assessment where necessary;
  • Communicate relevant regulatory (including AML/CFT) changes to management and relevant departments & maintain regulatory obligation register;
  • Assist in implementing regulatory compliance (including AML/CFT) measures;
  • Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing policies, procedures and methods relating to regulatory compliance and AML/CFT
  • Perform regulatory compliance testing on compliance (including AML/CFT) controls and measures and follow up on remediation of any deficiencies identified
  • Perform review of client due diligence performed by business units, where required
  • Investigate suspicious transactions escalated to Compliance department and prepare suspicious transaction reporting to regulatory authority
  • Assist in facilitating regulatory compliance and/or AML/CFT awareness training/sharing session (new-joiner, refresher and ad-hoc trainings)
  • Assist to manage name screening system and in the execution of enterprise wide risk assessment
  • Assist in the preparation of reporting to regulatory authorities, Head Office and local management
  • Assist in the remediation and/or follow up on the remediation of any regulatory compliance / AML/CFT-related control deficiencies identified by the regulatory authorities as well as internal and external auditors
  • Escalating any regulatory breaches or non-compliance matters to the HOD
  • Assist in implementing post-transaction monitoring measures and framework;
  • Report to Head of Compliance and undertake any other additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Compliance, when required.


  • Possess a Diploma/Degree with min 3-6 years of banking experience in AML/compliance function within a corporate banking environment;
  • Knowledge of MAS requirements and industry practices on AML/CFT and/or compliance matters;
  • Self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task/work independently;
  • Bilingual in both spoken and written English and Chinese as the incumbent may be required to communicate and correspond with Chinese colleagues and help in preparing documentation in Chinese.
