This role is for an eSolutions Unit team member within the Singapore Digital Banking team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Project management on e-business deliverables:
  • Manages resources in accordance with project schedule
  • Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project
  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Consistently delivers high-quality projects and analysis to our clients
  • Engage effectively and regularly with senior stakeholders for status updates and management buy-ins
  • Facilitates effective team interaction and contributes actively to team building activities
Strategic Decision making on e-solutions:
  • Collaborate with various businesses to analyze the needs and provide efficient solution to stakeholders
  • Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
  • Utilizes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices to provide the best customer experience and functionality across all touch points to the customers
Adhere to Controls and regulatory policies:
  • Work with compliance team to address regulatory requirements and guide business to complete the fulfillment for the projects assigned
  • Understand the various policies with regards to Online banking and ensure adherence to such policies
Strive to Innovate:
  • Exhibits confidence and has the ability to gain knowledge of emerging digital practices and apply the same when solving business problems
  • Is able to encourage self and team members to explore new features and innovate on them
  • 2 to 3 years work experience in the digital field especially in digital projects not necessarily in banking
  • Demonstrated ability to think out of box and achieve results
  • Experience in handling projects end to end across the entire project life cycle from a business point of view


Qualifications

  • University Degree qualifications
  • At least 1 to 2 years of retail banking experience
  • Exposure to project management activities as business stakeholder, customer touch points in the digital media space, MIS collection and analytical review of the same for decision making
  • Welcomes and manages innovative changes
  • Encourages self and team members to explore new features and innovate on them
  • Facilitates effective team interaction and contributes actively to team building activities
