Group Senior Manager, Project Controls

Responsibilities

• On top of Group projects status, provide accurate and timely project status reports to leadership team
• Oversee Group projects for across all Business Units and geographies including building up of project control capability to support Group’s expansion plan
• Partner with project controllers and management teams to drive achievement of project TQC targets
• Provide guidance and ensure site project controllers adhere to Group’s project control policies
• Ensure robust control environment for projects and strong project control organization and systems are in place
• Cascade Group project management philosophy and systems across business and project teams, i.e. internal control procedures are firmly implemented for project engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning processes
• Benchmark TQC targets across the Group.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Min 10 years' experience in large scale project control (multi millions to billion)
• Displayed strong track record of handling project control for end to end cross-border engineering or infrastructure projects (inception to completion)
• Experience in implementing project control systems
• Experience with custom regulations and procedures will be an advantage.
