Job Description

• Lead and enhance enterprise-wide risk management frameworks
• Act as the primary liaison with MAS and regulatory authorities
• Drive compliance monitoring, audits, and internal control reviews
• Oversee AML/CFT, fraud prevention, and financial crime frameworks
• Advise senior leadership and Board on risk and regulatory matters
• Develop policies, governance structures, and risk controls
• Build and lead a high-performing risk & compliance team

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit within financial services or fintech
• Proven leadership experience at Head or Director level
• Strong expertise in MAS regulations and compliance frameworks
• Deep knowledge of AML/CFT and financial crime risk management
• Experience managing regulatory audits and inspections
• Strategic mindset with ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• High integrity with sound judgement and decision-making ability
