Has good knowledge of the Singapore immigration rules andprocesses
Assist with day-to-day processing matters pertaining toemployment passes and related passes (EP, SP, DP etc.), WSG job posting and otherrelated activities like cancellation, notification etc.
Relationship building with the Government regulators likeMOM, WSG, IDA etc. as needed
Effective interaction and managing of internal stakeholdersby providing appropriate advice and guidance on immigration processes of thecountry and company.
Assist in Singapore outbound visa processing
Keep abreast of the updates on Singapore immigrationregulations and provide the updates appropriately to leadership and businessstakeholders.
Update immigration trackers and ensure accuracy and timelyinformation.
Work with our company immigration advisors in Singapore andseek assistance as appropriate
Have an effective working relationship with the support team(shared services) in India for the immigration processes. Job Requirement:
Must have prior experience and working knowledge / familiarwith Singapore immigration requirements for work passes and related passes.
Should have strong communication skills.
Ability to prepare and handle reports.
Should have at least 6 to 8 years of immigration experience.
Should be able to work well with cross-cultural teams basedin Cognizant offices across the globe.
Has an analytical mind and meticulous - Ability to workunder tight deadlines if necessary.
