A specialised legal professional in the banking and credit sector responsible for comprehensive legal documentation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate facility letters, agreements, and security documents for completeness, validity, and legal enforceability
- Liaise with external legal counsel on complex documentation matters including mortgages, debentures, and specialised contracts
- Manage legal document execution for non-standard credit facilities
- Monitor and review legal documents including court orders, winding-up notices, and regulatory communications
- Provide legal advisory services to management on regulatory requirements and contract interpretations
