Responsibilities: - Examine, and organize legal documents for legal due diligence
- Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, newsletter
- Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Drafting and/or review legal agreements as requested
- Development and enforcement of compliance policies and procedures
- Draft internal legal memos regarding upcoming regulatory landscape
- Provide regulatory compliance guidance
- Localize changes in contract to Vietnam
- Handle a variety of general corporate legal matters
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements: - Bachelor or Fourth-year Student of International Business Law/ Business Law
- Fast-paced, smart, reliable, proactive. Self-starter and eager to learn.
- Prior professional experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
- Ability to speak and write excellently in English, as the role requires the incumbent to interact and communicate with English-speaking colleagues
Working hours: Full time (40 hours/week)
