This role is for a Digital Payments & Partnerships team member within the Singapore Digital Channels & Experience team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Product Management:
  • Understanding of the use of product roadmaps in providing a framework to strategic direction
  • Maintains an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices, applying best in class concepts to drive business solutions
  • Utilizes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices to provide the best customer experience and functionality across all touch points
  • Collaborate with various businesses to analyze the needs and provide efficient solution to stakeholders
  • Assist in industry engagement through formal & informal connections with other banks & industry bodies
Project management:
  • Consistently delivers high-quality projects and analysis to our stakeholders
  • Manages resources in accordance with project schedule
  • Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project
  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Engage effectively and regularly with senior stakeholders for status updates and management buy-in
  • Explores new features and theorises innovation on them
  • Challenges self and team members to innovate

Adhere to controls and regulatory policies:
  • Work with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met and guide business to complete the fulfilment for related projects
  • Understand the various policies with regards to digital banking, payments & third party partnerships ensuring adherence to such policies


                • University Degree
                • At least 1 to 2 years of retail banking experience
                • 2 to 3 years work experience in payments especially in digital projects
                • Experience in handling projects end to end across the entire project life cycle from a business point of view
