Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic and tactical marketing and advertising campaigns for Consumer Banking Group, with special focus on digital payments and drive engagement with ecosystem partners
  • Work closely with product teams in ensuring user experience improvements for new features or product improvements
  • Be able to take initiative and work independently with ecosystem partners to drive marketing and business outcomes by developing long-term marketing plan with deep understanding of competition, customer segments, technology/eCommerce trends
  • Able to understand and leverage on consumer insights to influence marketing strategy
  • Analyse data, formulate hypotheses and run A/B test
  • To interface daily with the creative and media teams to incorporate stakeholders' inputs on campaigns to drive business outcomes
  • Participate and able to run daily project sprints with team members
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners to achieve results
  • Define and track KPIs effectively to ensure business and marketing goals are realized
  • Feedback to manage spend and budget projections
  • To conceptualise and manage events
  • Ensure brand identity is consistently applied across all marketing materials

Requirements
  • Degree in Business or Marketing
  • At least 5 years' experience in product management experience for mobile consumer products and having knowledge of payments will be an advantage
  • A data-driven marketer and a self-starter who understands how to uncover and act on consumer insights
  • Understands the principles of driving customer engagement (via paid and owned channels) and conversational commerce.
  • Strong project management skills and motivational leadership style
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, collaborative and iterative environment and is adaptable to changing business needs and challenges
  • Passionate about solving customer and business challenges and constantly questioning the norm
  • Highly analytical with technical knowledge in mobile apps marketing and digital marketing
  • Experienced in leading and working with advertising and media agencies
  • Banking knowledge is an advantage
  • Good understanding of Consumer Marketing
  • Be able to write proficiently and speak eloquently
