Role Overview

Our client, a well established boutique asset management who manages assets in excess of USD10bn, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join their Operations team, with a primary focus on investor-related matters and supporting the sales function. The role will involve day-to-day investor servicing, data management, reporting, and coordination across various stakeholders and platforms to ensure service delivery is maintained at a highest quality.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal business units and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate investor support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactively manage and follow through on investor issues and service requests to ensure effective resolution.
2. Main point of contact responsible for coordinating and supporting the completion of investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and operational due diligence (ODD) requests.
3. Maintain and update investor and platform data including but not limited to PPM, factsheets, KIIDS, PRIIPs, and other funds related documentation.
4. Prepare and review investors reports and performance updates
5. Liaise with distributors on distribution fee matters, reporting requirements, and related operational queries.
6. Maintain and reconcile investor trackers and databases.
7. Contribute to process enhancement initiatives, focusing on strengthening controls, improving accuracy, and increasing operational efficiency.
8. Provide support to the daily operation and management of the Firm's investment funds.
9. Contribute to ad hoc projects and broader team initiatives as needed.
10. Work closely with the sales team and provide support to external parties such as investors and distributors

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund operations or investor servicing.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly when addressing client queries, change requests, and escalations.
4. Demonstrate ability to partner across product groups, regions and functional responsibilities.
5. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
6. Familiarity with fund reporting, investor reporting, or platform operations would be advantageous.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.
8. Possess a keen interest in innovation and actively explore new ideas, particularly in leveraging AI tools to enhance business support and operational efficiency across our expanding platform.

10. Good communication skills and able to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently
