We are seeking a proactiveStrategic Operations Executive to optimize ourbusiness operations . You will be the backbone of our team, ensuring seamlessbusiness support , compliance, and workflow coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensiveadministrative and operational support to consultants.
2. Coordinate internal workflows, track project milestones, and support client servicing.
3. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal operations policies.
4. Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and reporting.

Requirements:

1. Singaporean or PR, aged 21 and above with a minimum Diploma or GCE A-Level.
2. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office.
3. Process-driven mindset; prior experience inbusiness support oroperations is a plus.
