VP - IT Project Manager (Payment)

You will be managing stakeholders, project scope, budgets, project risks, as well as involved in managing vendors. You will work with various teams including Business Analysts, Application development, testing throughout entire project lifecycles

Responsibilities:

• Involved in end to end project management
• Manage project initiation including project papers and budget
• Using Agile to manage all activities of the projects
• Working with Payment and corporate banking business users to ensure delivery and expectation is being managed
• Preparing and tracking of project plans, resources, budgets , spent, etc
• Running Project Steering Comm
• Prepare management and status reports to various teams
• Managing project risks 
• Coordinate project activities across multiple team including managing testing (SIT, UAT)
• Managing vendors deliverables and relationship

Requirements

• Min  10 years of experience in managing large & complex projects
• Min 4 years of experience driving / managing projects in payment / swift / transaction banking 
• Experience working in Agile environment with latest tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Prior experience in vendor management is a plus
• Must have experience working in large complex IT organization involving interaction with teams from different georgraphues
• Experience in managing project schedules, budgets, etc.
• Self starter and good problem solver
