Job Description
- Lead end-to-end payment operations including transaction processing and controls
- Ensure consistent delivery of service levels, turnaround times, and client outcomes
- Drive transformation initiatives and operational change across global processes
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance service performance and delivery standards
- Oversee outsourced partners, ensuring strong governance and performance outcomes
- Improve productivity and quality through process optimisation and data-led insights
- Strengthen risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance frameworks
A successful VP - Global Payment Operations should have:
- Proven leadership in banking operations or processing environments
- Strong expertise in service delivery, operational performance, and cost efficiency
- Solid understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and audit in financial services
- Experience managing global stakeholders and influencing across functions
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and build high-performing teams
- Track record in driving transformation, process improvement, or change initiatives
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to operate in complex environments
