- The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 2,500. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. - You will work with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry
- Design and develop data models for a Management Information System supporting business performance management.
- Ensure models align with the bank’s data modelling standards and principles.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to validate models and support implementation.
- A successfully completed university degree
- Fluent English (German is a big advantage)
- 5+ years of Financial Services experience; Private Banking experience is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience designing data models for Private Banking or other Financial Services domains.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and analytical data modelling is desirable.
- Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of banking data models and industry best practices is a plus.
- Strong requirements analysis, communication, influencing, and senior stakeholder management skills.
