ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
The role holderwill be required to assist in the administration duties and activities that arerequired to support the successful delivery of administration for a clientportfolio(s) and assisting in supporting JTC's Geneva PCS portfolio offiduciary structures.

ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
The role holderwill be required to assist in the administration duties and activities that arerequired to support the successful delivery of administration for a clientportfolio(s) and assisting in supporting JTC's Geneva PCS portfolio offiduciary structures.
This will beunder the supervision of the Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager andManager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
- Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
- Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
- Assist in routine administrative operations in respect of a portfolio of fiduciary structures, maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems and ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with.
- Liaise with intermediaries/clients as necessary and under the supervision of more senior team members.
- Involvement in the review process from a trainee perspective to gain further exposure.
- Prepare necessary corporate documentation required for ongoing administrative matters in relation to the client entities, ensuring timely and effective client care.
- Assist with the billing and collection of debtors' process.
- Prepare payments, letters, and settle bills on behalf of client entities.
- Perform various tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing of documents.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
- Maintain 90% chargeable time.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to collate and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated with a positive approach, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to commence study towards a relevant professional qualification.
- Competent in all Microsoft applications.
- Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent, including Maths and English language and seeking a career in Finance.
