About the job:

Functions (duties and responsibilities):
  • Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategic planning, contributing to the bank's decision-making and value creation.
  • Analyze financial and business data to generate actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
  • Drive root-cause, profitability and value-added analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor and assess business performance against strategic and financial objectives, proposing corrective actions where required.
  • Lead peer benchmarking and market intelligence analyses to identify trends, opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial results, forecasts and strategic recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency and governance of financial and management information across the organization.
  • Develop and enhance management reporting, performance dashboards and analytical frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Promote the adoption of advanced analytics, automation and AI capabilities within the Finance function to improve forecasting, reporting and business insights.

Your profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economic or a related field.
  • Significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Business Performance Management or related finance functions.
  • Experience leading strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes within complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics, data-driven decision-making and AI applications in finance is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of financial performance drivers, profitability analysis and business intelligence frameworks.
  • Excellent attention to detail, data quality and information governance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, develop and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
