We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who can co-ordinate and manage application release cycles across different locations and complex organizational setups. This is a contract assignment with our client in Zurich.

Tasks

  • Develop and manage long-term release plans, taking into account dependencies and available resources
  • Create and communicate detailed implementation plans for individual releases
  • Host status and planning meetings
  • Perform risk management assessments
  • Take leadership in resolving issues related to the scope, process and quality of the release
  • Coordinate and lead go-live activities
  • Constantly improve the release processes, taking into account different project methodologies, e.g. Scrum
  • Support change management tasks

Requirements

  • Higher Education in Computer Science (University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent diploma)
  • Experience as a Project Manager in a similar environment
  • Project Management certification desirable (PMP, IPMA, etc.)
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Enjoying dealing and working with other cultures
  • Excellent English and German
