UX | UI | Designer | Graphic Design | 30k-50k

The ideal candidate will have a passion and flare for design additionally pushing the boundaries of creativity and being excited to research and learn new things every day.

They would have worked for at least 3 years' in a similar role and have experience and technical knowledge of designing and creating digital and print media as well as involvement in user interface and user experience design for mobile and website interfaces.

In this extremely varied role they will work closely with our Marketing and Management Teams to develop the company's brand and create marketing material and assists for a plethora of mediums including social media, presentations, sponsorships, email, promotion and internal communications.

Additionally, they will also have the skills required to communicate with the relevant stakeholders for the creation of website and mobile customer journey wireframes, screen mock-ups and assets for handover to our internal Development Team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand identity
  • Evolving and maintaining an art-work and brand master template for use throughout the organisation
  • Design and create various internal and external marketing and corporate creatives and assets
  • Create UI/UX user flow wireframes, screen mock-ups and assets for digital web and mobile
  • Work hands-on with developers and stakeholders to visualise briefs
  • Reviewing of organisations customer applications to improve customer journeys
  • Ensure all artwork produced meets brand and regulatory guidelines
  • Deliver multiple projects with short deadlines and strict time restraints
  • Ensure all work is accurately prepared for release/print
  • Ensure effective file/asset management

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar Graphic Design role Primarily digital based design experience with additional print knowledge
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Design, Interaction Design or other design related fields
  • Portfolio of you own work demonstrating high quality with attention to detail across a multitude of platforms/mediums
  • Excellent visual design skills with regard to layout, space and typography
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
  • Evidence of technical knowledge in regard to file formats, resolutions and sizes across a variety of platforms/mediums
  • Proficiency in design, editing and wireframe tools including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Balsamic, Marvel, Invision, OmniGraffe, Axure, Quark, C4D, Zeplin
  • Proven ability to work with and present to stakeholders and developers through an iterative development process
  • Comfortable with a broad range of visual styles
  • Confident strong design principles and ideas
  • Ability to manage your workflow and time

  • To be able to work to different scales and mediums e.g. print and digital
  • Demonstrate good industry understanding and commercial awareness
