What you'll do

As an Allocations Manager, you'll be overseeing the delivery of legal entity recharging across the bank. You'll be actively managing the relationships with legal entity controllers and the wider team to make sure reporting requirements are timely, of high quality and meet business expectations.

You'll also be:
  • Managing the team who are responsible for the delivery of the recharging run
  • Ensuring the production of the actuals process while meeting reporting timetables and reviewing or creating possible enhancement opportunities
  • Driving key strategic projects within Allocations, and suggesting opportunities and implementing new process
  • Reviewing and challenging individual business performance and suggesting improvements or opportunities
  • Championing and leading the continuous improvement of processes and reporting both within Finance and the business

The skills you'll need

We're looking for a finance professional with relevant experience in people management and cost management, paired with an analytical and enquiring nature and skillset. Ideally, you'll hold a CA, ACA, CIMA, MBA or an equivalent certification.

You'll also demonstrate:
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to take others on a change journey
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate complex ideas and work with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Strong planning, organisation and delivery capabilities
  • Experience of coordinating multiple stakeholders across a global, cross functional environment
  • Working knowledge of our finance systems and processes
  • Experience in a business analytical environment
