Job Description

Provide technical support and assistance to the business in a subject area, using own judgement as to when more complex queries require escalation
Deliver small-scale projects or well defined tasks on larger projects to improve support to the business
Monitor and support a range of processes and systems to ensure that they are effectively maintained and coordinated, recommending improvements
Establish and build relationships with customers to identify business requirements and provide appropriate support and guidance
Demonstrate core Lloyds Banking Group values and behaviours as an active team member

Typically would be a graduate (with a relevant degree and exemptions) studying for a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA or equivalent)
Likely to be in or approaching the final stages of qualification
Approximately a minimum 24 months experience as a trainee accountant
Alternatively, could have the same level of expertise, acquired through significant experience in a finance function
Appropriate qualifications and/or experience do not mean that an individual is automatically placed in the higher grade - There also needs to a role available at this level
Stakeholder influence up to Grade F
Scope of influence beyond own team
Processes managed to deliver business unit wide impact: requires subject matter expertise
D Uppers will report to roles in E Upper or above'
