• You'll spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of your time working from home

What you'll do

As a Market Risk, Large Exposures & Securitisations Lead, you'll oversee a team to make sure that regulatory reporting outcomes and quarterly external disclosure requirements are delivered across Market Risk, Securitisations, and Large Exposures. You'll also lead the team's control environment to ensure that these regulatory outcomes are delivered in a controlled manner, in line with our risk and control framework, while identifying and implementing opportunities to improve controls.

In addition, your role will involve:

• Making sure that the Capital Requirements Regulations rules are applied correctly to the reporting templates and are subjected to appropriate review and challenge
• Delivering outputs, including any ad hoc analysis and reporting requests, to a high standard in support of internal monthly franchise and legal entity reporting
• Identifying and implementing solutions to streamline reporting, while driving efficiencies through others
• Building relationships with key stakeholders and providing excellent customer support

The skills you'll need

To join us in this role, you'll need strong experience in regulatory reporting outcomes. With a responsive and adaptable nature, you must also have the ability to manage the changing requirements of customers and stakeholders, as well as effectively deliver change through others. A strong focus on controls while managing multiple deliverables to tight deadlines is essential.
