We are currently recruiting for someone to work as part of the Technical Response Support Department providing support to external customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing business with career potential.
Duties to include:-
- Provide a remote technical telephone support service for all customers
- Working within define timescales
- Update the company logging system
- Carry out controlled software configuration updates
- Escalate queries where appropriate to the relevant teams
This role would suit someone from a customer services background and you must be able to work the above shift patterns. No technical experience is required however the ability to learn is key.
