Duration: 4-5 months (hybrid working)

Individual/Role:

• Client facing role – stakeholder management
• Talent Marketplace experiences – as the project focuses on talent management
• Insurance sector (desirable)
• Working alongside a point of contact with the client and with senior project managers
• Talent and skills experiences or Talent and tech experiences
• (BONUS) Talent, tech, and skills experiences
• Supporting the client in choosing and finding the talent marketplace pool
• Prior experiences in GLOAT, FUEL50, ACTIVE8 or PROFINDER – other similar tools would be a nice have, similar to workday but one of the 4 tools above would be a must.
• Worked on implementation of either GLOAT, FUEL50, ACTIVE8 or PROFINDER
