The ideal candidate will be interested in specialsing in Consumer (but ideally already be aware of the sector and have completed a transaction, or multiple transactions, specific to Consumer).
You will already have begun to build up credible M&A experience in a well regarded mid-market platform or Big 4 and will be looking to transition into an established and highly active platform. This team prides itself on it's good natured and colleagiate working environment.
Primary responsibilities of an Analyst include:
- Aiding origination, management and execution of transactions (in cpollaboration with the wider team)
- Performing detailed sector and company research
- Financial and capital modelling, and creating presentations and drafting memoranda related to marketing and execution
In your career to date you will have accrued the following knowledge & experience:
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Robust experience with and solid understanding of the principles of financial modelling and valuation
- M&A deal experience
- A strong understanding of the financial markets
