Business Development Manager (Hunter)
  • Wipro's Enterprise Operations Transformation is an aggressive driver of revenue for the organization with focus on technology and domain led transformation for the client's business processes.
  • The focus is to sell domain led and technology enabled solutions which transform the way client's business processes are managed today through design thinking, hyper-automation, right insights thereby improving the end customer experience.
  • The team is expanding significantly over the last couple of years and adding new solutions and emerging technologies in its umbrella of services including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Block Chain, IOT, BPM, Automation, Cx suite etc.

Sales lead & Solution Architect
  • As a Senior Leader of Enterprise transformation within Wipro's Digital Operations & Platform arm, you will be responsible to conceptualize, design & create technology solutions assets in order to demonstrate specific business solutions for defined region.
  • In depth understanding of the industry segment (ex. though not limited to Communications, Mfg, ENU) including the technologies and standards in use.
  • Holistic understanding of how solutions portfolios fits into client's overall enterprise architecture and how the client can obtain value (including ROI)
  • Co-Develop new solutions with partners, GTM with partner to create new opportunities
  • You will be responsible for Sales and lead customer presentations focused on Technologies including: BPM Engine, Robotics Process Automation, Cognitive Intelligence, Analytics Engine & other BpaaS Platform
  • Maintain a strong pipeline by engaging with sales, pre sales and account teams across EOT solutions for your line of business
  • Engagement with client senior leadership focused on account mining and relationship building
  • Creation of a commercial construct for process transformation proposals and commercial negotiations with the customers leading up-to contract closure
  • Based on the roadmap anchoring the RFP response where required and supporting the detailed solution run-through
  • As Automation evolves into a strategic enabler convey to our customers the components of RPA & Cognition, ecosystem around RPA & Cognition (organization structure, governance model, RACI matrix, roles required, evaluation matrix for processes) and enable integration with BPM, platforms and other point solutions
  • Undertake process due-diligence and work as a trusted advisory to internal and external stakeholder on building an ecosystem of automation.
  • Building solutions with glide path across all technology levers
  • Evangelising solutions across domains working with multiple functions within Wipro's digital eco system and bringing them to life in demos and innovations labs
  • Evaluate new technologies for the domain expertise and work with alliance teams for on-boarding
