Commercial Manager (SAAS, automation, Salesforce)

Who are we?
A tech-driven successful start-up who was founded BY developers (rare it seems) in 2011. We are market leaders in what we do - providing a highly popular and successful product within the CRM space. A firm that is very much focused on lifestyle, what I mean by that is that we left the corporate giants to create our own firm that has grown entirely organically, and without angel investors pressurising us to grow fast and work crazy hours.
The team is currently based across the UK / USA and despite being remote we have a great collaborative culture. For Christmas we bought everyone VR headsets and did a virtual cook along with a chef, we often have a few hours where we play and let our hair down. We already have a team of highly qualified techies who are passionate about what they do and enthused about the core product and company ethos, we now require a senior member to join the team and come on-board as a Commercial Manager.
This role is likely going to be a fit if you've worked in the corporate SaaS world and, the last year especially, has made you think you need to get out and join a different kind of environment!
We are looking for an all-rounder, someone who will manage a 2 experienced team members, oversee sales and customer renewals, facilitate pricing and legal negotiations and be the voice within the business for sales and customer retention.
The objective is to optimise. We have a great team, product, reputation and set of customers, we now look at getting the best of every lead and every customer, ultimately steering the business to the best results we can achieve. We can envisage this role leading into a Director position within our organisation and therefore there's a lot of opportunity to progress.

As a number of their clients are based in the USA, it is to be understood that client calls/meetings will have to be sometimes done later on in the day (up to 8pm), however, given the flexibility we offer we are open for you to start later or break in the day when this occurs. Essentially, we treat our employees with trust and respect and like an adult!
