Are you a Customer Success Manager looking to make your mark in a FinTech business?  Our client has growth of over 55% ARR and funding to date of over $100M are looking to add to their Customer Success team here in London.

Functionality including budgeting, Revenue Performance Management , Reporting and Regulatory Management are all provided by this innovative enterprise software tool.

Working alongside sales, you will be supporting clients user experience across email, calls and web sessions. Essential to the role will be answering product related questions, solving tech issues and guiding users through support and recommendations. You will be tasked with helping clients get the most out of their software. 

Your clients will range from Global firms through to scale-up / hyper growth business that are using technology to enhance their business process. As one of the first Customer Success Managers here in London, you will be tasked with providing world class customer service and technical support across the user base. 

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience across a cloud based, SaaS environment with strong knowledge of SQL & SQL Server. You will be an advanced user across Microsoft Excel, inc. macros, VBA & Pivot tables.
