Who we're looking for We are looking for a Digital Experience Specialist who will work within the central CMAP (Content Management and Amplification Project) team in London. You will work in a team with the objective to complete the full roll out and migration to the new headless CMS platform Contentstack across all countries and businesses eg. Benchmark, Cazenove, Schroders Capital etc.

The team The CMAP team has been created for the roll out of the project and to complete the migration from Episerver to Contenstack. The new platform plays a pivotal role in defining how we create, manage and amplify our content going forward and therefore create compelling digital experiences for clients and prospects which drive business growth and retention. The team work very closely with other central functions such as technology, product and propositions marketing, social media, automation and analytics.
The team have also close engagement with in country marketing teams in EMEA, US and APAC regions as well as marketing teams of various businesses eg. Benchmark, Cazenove, Schroders Capital etc. The team is responsible for the digital experience, measurement and improvement of digital client engagement initiatives aimed at generating new leads, drive conversion and ultimately accelerate business growth.
What you'll do • Become a superuser of the platform Contentstack and be the point of contact to solve potential issues • Work alongside the other Digital Experience Specialists in the team to roll out the migration to Contentstack • Support countries in mapping the IA of their website • Support in the delivery of regular CMAP communications to the business • Contributing to the update and management of the roll out plan • Work with the website product owner to feed in local team requests and roll-out new features • Ensure all web assets are accurately tracked so meaningful reporting can be established • Gain insight through data analysis to iteratively improve the digital experience and campaign effectiveness • Represent digital experience in product and proposition marketing initiatives • Apply SEO thinking and accessibility best practice ensuring all content and creative assets are search and user friendly
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need • Experience in a global investment management company and good understanding of the financial services industry and all associated regulatory requirements • Web Content management system expertise, preferably in using a headless CMS • Solid experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, SessionCam etc. • A good understanding of how to tailor communication and UX for different client segments within our industry through digital channels • A strong understanding of SEO and Accessibility best practice • Comfortable in dealing with senior stakeholders clearly and concisely, both written and face to face • A creative thinker who can work on their own initiative • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
