We’ll broaden your horizons
This is an exciting opportunity where you will support the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Senior Manager by providing input into initiatives to drive and embed our Be Yourself (ED&I) strategy. This will involve engaging with stakeholders, particularly from across the People function, employee networks and the broader firm, to ensure the strategy’s key pillars underline all activities across the firm, supported by our core purpose, values and behaviours. You will be a key point of contact for the leads of our active internal networks and work with them to channel efforts to support the Be Yourself Strategy.
This role will work in collaboration with the ED&I Senior Manager to support senior leadership, including the Unifying Culture Board, as well as the wider HR department to ensure we continue to attract, develop and value add for the 6,500+ people across the firm. One of the priority actions is to foster a culture of inclusion, where all of our people from different backgrounds can be themselves, feel included and feel they belong. In this role you’ll also:
