Finance Business Partner | Energy | £55,000 - 60,000 + 15% bonus & benefits | London (Hybrid)
A global energy business is looking for 2 Finance Business Partners as part of a growth plan within the team. These Finance Business Partner positions will support various functions including the front office trading side as well as other corporate departments such as Technology. Therefore these Finance Business Partner roles will have a profound impact on company performance and future growth. The Finance Business Partner will report to the Head of Commercial Finance.
These Finance Business Partner roles will have little involvement in traditional monthly reporting cycles and will instead focus largely on adding value and partnering with the business. In addition, there are a number of ongoing improvement projects aimed to reduce even further any time spent on the monthly cycles through automation and utilising technology.
Therefore these individuals will be able to focus all of their energy on supporting their stake holders through value added analysis and commercial insight.
The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent). Finalists with transferable experience will also be considered. These individuals do not need prior experience in the energy sector although exposure working within larger more complex environments would be preferred.
