Job Description

A rare opportunity has arisen in our People team, we are looking to expand the HR division and now looking for a HR Administrator to join the team. Ideally you will have some junior HR experience or administration experience, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who is studying towards a CIPD qualification.

Responsibilities
  • Generalist HR support, new joiner set up and welcome, payroll support, first point of contact for employee queries
  • Keeping data up to date on the Human Resources Information System and ensuring its accuracy
  • Weekly global headcount reporting
  • Handling employment references/ confirmation of employment
  • Providing quality documentation, including ad hoc letter production

Profile
  • Detail driven and organised - Excel sheets excite you!
  • Expert multi-tasker, used to a fast-paced environment
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • CIPD qualification or working towards one
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable with the ability to develop great working relationships
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, Google suite

Required Skills and Experience
  • Education; Graduate or equivalent
  • Experienced Microsoft office and Google Suite user
  • Graduate level CIPD member (or working towards this)
  • Ideally you will have broad ranging HR generalist knowledge/ experience
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Proven/ strong administrative experience and organisational skills gained in a fast-paced commercial, professional environment
  • Experience of working in a global multi-site environment
  • Recruitment industry experience desired but not essential
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction and strategy
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and confidence working with senior leadership teams
  • Proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and make best use of limited resources
  • Positive working attitude and professional approach
