Our client is a growing private equity secondaries firm, looking to expand its team in London at the associate level. With €900m AUM across four funds, they have ambitious growth plans, and their next fundraising will represent a significant uplift. They have a highly collaborative and friendly culture, and you will gain significant responsibility from the offset, getting the opportunity to work across a wide range of transactions.

What the job involves

• Involvement across the entire deal process, from screening to execution, as well as monitoring the existing portfolio
• Working with the deal team to source, execute and complete due diligence on transactions
• Support the investment team in organising and preparing for calls and meetings with private equity managers and intermediaries

Who we are looking for

• Experience in investment banking, M&A or management consulting
• 2:1 or above undergraduate degree from a leading university
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including experience conducting financial valuation analysis
• A strong interest in private equity and investing
