We are seeking a motivated, multi-skilled Desktop Analyst to administer and maintain our client's global end user computing platforms. This includes providing configuration management and support of hardware, software, security, and policy standards for the end user computing environment.

We are seeking a motivated, multi-skilled Desktop Analyst to administer and maintain our client's global end user computing platforms. This includes providing configuration management and support of hardware, software, security, and policy standards for the end user computing environment.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide phone and in-person support of systems and applications through phone calls and emails from end users
  • Setup Video Conferences for end users and assist with day-to-day technology maintenance of our video conferencing system
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and technology standards to ensure system availability and security
  • Fulfill service requests via Dell KACE by providing in person and phone support in a timely manner to assure business is satisfied
  • Support and maintain Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure for users globally
  • Maintain workstation image management by working with NY based teams to ensure standards are maintained globally
  • Perform routine monitoring and tuning of alerts to assure consistent, reliable operation of the global end user computing systems
  • Participate in moves, adds, and changes of our technology equipment as needed 

Preferred knowledge of the following:

  • Financial Services applications support
  • Workstation Image Management, Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp,  Mobile Device Management,  PC Hardware, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Administration, Advanced Threat Protection, PowerShell, PBX Administration, and Security Alerting.

Candidate Qualifications: 

  • S. degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or computer related discipline with 2+ years’ experience
  • ~1 year of working at a financial services organization
  • Team Player with proven leadership, communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills
