A newly created role for a Marketing Associate has been created working for a Mayfair based Investment Management house. This role would be a perfect role for someone looking to build a career in Marketing and who having already gained some initial experience is looking to establish themselves in a role which can be expanded and grown therefore giving great career development opportunities.

Tasks in this role include:

Monthly

Update sales and marketing materials including presentations, factsheets, ad hoc event presentations
Prepare and coordinate regular external communications
Manage external communications with investors regarding webinars, factsheets and other updates using CRM system
Assist in the updating of website content
Manage and maintain regular contact with Head of Marketing

Quarterly

• Assist with the preparation of updates in advance of all company Board meetings

Assist with fund webinars and follow up (at least quarterly)
Look into ESG initiatives & how we display our commitments
Conduct analysis on events outcomes

Ad hoc

Assist in the run up to events with marketing efforts including pre-event organisation and post-event follow-up
Co-ordinate update of the website to display press mentions, latest literature and webinars
Contribute to the ongoing development of OEIC ESG reporting

Assist with content production and social media communications
