PMO Administrator
Main Purpose of the Role:

PMO Admin required to provide support to the Head of Change and the Change PMO Lead, working across all Change Team projects including, but not limited to GDPR, Brexit, and SMCR.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide general operational support to the Change Team
  • Assist in the preparation of SteerCo and Working Group materials, meeting invites & room booking
  • Ensure meeting materials are circulated and printed ahead of meetings
  • Provide diary and inbox management to the Head of Change
  • Ensure Head of Change is kept aware of upcoming meetings, tasks and deadlines
  • Assist PMO Lead in recruitment administration
  • Manage the Joiner / Mover / Leaver process
  • Provide ad hoc travel management
  • Assist Project Managers and BA's in updating of status reports
  • Record and disseminate minutes for SteerCo and Working Groups



Skills / experience required:

  • Experience within a Change project environment within Financial Services desirable
  • Proactive diary management, ability to recognise and address conflicts
  • Prioritisation, flagging and efficient filing of inbox items
  • Confidence to forward or respond to emails on behalf of the Head of Change
  • Confident when communication with Senior Executives / Managing Directors
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Able to use judgement and provide sound reasoning for decisions taken
