Key Responsibities:

Portfolio Management

• Management of the prioritised Book of Work against the EMEA Investment Spend budget
• Assess new requests and include in the BoW, updating the relative priority to meet demand
• Own requirements definition and Solution Review to ensure quality delivery against business needs
• Partner with Core Cash product leads (Channels, Enterprise, etc.) to prioritize and track items to be included in upcoming releases.
• Own delivery governance model end to end including overall responsibility for seeing critical programs delivered against business targets 


• Own and deliver regular reporting to key stakeholders with regards to the state of progress of each ticket prioritised within the BoW
• Identify projects at risk and report regular updates to the relevant stakeholders
• Regularly review budgetary reporting from Tech Finance
• Analyse performance trends across all departments and identify
• Areas of concern
• Incremental Improvements to Governance Framework


• Own Client migration strategy, plan and execution  - including assessment of client demographics, change in experience and define the optimal implementation approach
• Structure and oversee the Communications plans external and internally
• Drive Product readiness activities with local Product to ensure all Product administrative documentation is complete
• Oversee the Technology and Operations readiness activities

Development Value:

In depth knowledge of product set and Citi capabilities and infrastructure, building out transaction banking knowledge, potential route to Product Management roles, or roles within Implementation PMO (client on-boarding projects/programs).



• Portfolio management of a large array of small to large change programs related to Payments and Receivables. A solid understanding of how to priortise initiatives and working within a fast paved delivery model


• Portfolio Management, project management MS Office    
• Verbal Communication (with senior managers both internally and externally with Vendors), ability to multitask, resilience, deal with high work volumes, self starter, technicall aptitude, willingness to learn


• Strong communication skills, ability to chair senior dialogue in high-pressured environment, attention to detail, ability to identify risks and manage escalation appropriately within the organisation.


• Minimum of BA degree required
