We are seeking an experienced Authorization Principal with strong expertise in authorization processes. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in programming, preferably in C#, but candidates with experience in Java will also be considered. This role will focus on implementing and maintaining authorization strategies to ensure system integrity and security.
 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project / Programme Manager to lead a major transformation within Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

Main Responsibilities

You will take senior ownership of the programme from mobilisation through to implementation and adoption.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking a high-level strategic objective and rapidly translating it into a practical delivery plan.

• Establishing what needs to be true by November and working backwards to create a credible route to delivery.

• Challenging assumptions, existing processes and conventional delivery approaches where they are slowing progress.

• Bringing together technology, TPRM/operations, risk, compliance, data, procurement and business stakeholders around a common outcome.

• Driving delivery across multiple teams where you may not have direct line management authority.

• Making decisions with incomplete information rather than waiting for perfect requirements.

• Creating lightweight but effective governance that supports delivery rather than becoming a reporting exercise.

• Identifying critical dependencies, risks and blockers early and actively resolving them.

• Working closely with technology and product teams to move rapidly from concept to usable capability.

• Ensuring that AI-enabled capabilities are not simply implemented technically, but are embedded into operational processes and adopted by users.

• Managing senior stakeholder expectations, including challenging stakeholders when timelines, scope or assumptions are unrealistic.

• Providing clear, concise reporting to senior leadership and the Board-level governance structure where required.

• Ensuring that delivery remains focused on measurable business outcomes rather than activity, documentation or completion of project artefacts.

• Building momentum across the programme and creating a culture of "solve it and move" rather than "wait for the perfect answer."

Key Requirements

We need someone who has actually delivered major change, rather than someone who is primarily experienced in managing project processes.

• Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes in large organisations.

• A track record of delivering large-scale change against challenging deadlines.

• Experience operating with senior stakeholders, executives and/or Board-level governance.

• Strong commercial and organisational judgement.

• The ability to quickly understand a complex environment and identify the few things that genuinely matter.

• Experience working across technology and business teams.

• A pragmatic approach to requirements, design and delivery — knowing when enough is enough to move forward.

• The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.

• Experience managing ambiguity, competing priorities and changing requirements.

• The ability to identify when a programme is drifting and intervene before it becomes a problem.

• Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to reduce complex issues into clear decisions and actions.

• The credibility to operate with both senior executives and detailed delivery teams.
